This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at Kirkgate Dental Care . Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with implant treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for implants will be charged at an additional cost. Appointments are subject to availability.
The implant discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Kirkgate Dental Care is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Kirkgate Dental Care will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the implant discount appointment must be cancelled in the event that Kirkgate Dental Care is unable to facilitate the appointment scheduled and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient.
The implant discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Kirkgate Dental Care will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Kirkgate Dental Care cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Kirkgate Dental Care negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. Kirkgate Dental Care can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
